Learn more about Nikki and Ashley!

How Movement with Moms Began

Ashley and Nikki met while studying for their Athletic Therapy (AT) degrees at the University of Winnipeg. They graduated together in 2012 and shortly after began studying for their National Exams. After working in the AT world for a number of years, they reconnected again when Nikki offered to support Ashley while she was studying for her Acupuncture certification. Through this, they realized they had both had interests in working with the pregnant and postpartum population and had a similar goal:

To guide women towards reaching their postpartum movement and exercise goals.
