Course Description:

In this 4-hour workshop, you will learn about the characteristics and biomechanical implications of minimalist/natural/barefoot shoes, common injuries related to modern footwear, rehab strategies for common foot injuries, and how to safely integrate barefoot footwear and foot health principles into your practice.

Topics we will cover:

  • Characteristics of minimalist/barefoot shoes,

  • Injuries related to modern footwear,

  • Rehab strategies for common foot injuries, and

  • Safe and effective integration into your practice.
