Nikki Smith is a Certified Athletic Therapist, owner, and founder of Revolution Rehab Inc. – a mixed therapy, physical rehab clinic in Winnipeg. Nikki has been practicing Athletic Therapy since 2014 and created Revolution in late 2016 to support other rehab professionals. She has gone through the build of her clinic from the ground up, including concept, design, construction, City Permits, creating contracts, working with lawyers, hiring staff and contractors, and adapting and reworking the business structure to adapt to the changing landscape.

She mentors student therapists from the UofM and UofW on Athletic Therapy and the business side of the industry. She also offers a workshop called The Business Side of Athletic Therapy, to help educate new therapists coming into the trade.
